Mission
The Office of the Vice President for Human Resources fosters a campus environment that is welcoming, respectful, and inclusive. Grounded in our Jesuit Catholic heritage, this office is dedicated to upholding the dignity of every individual. It provides mission-aligned services that promote the well-being, growth, and sense of belonging for all members of our campus community.
We support the聽University's Strategic Plan听补苍诲听Four Strategic Directions. Our vision is to create an inclusive environment that motivates us to be fully engaged in our community and that enables each of us to make the maximum contribution possible to the University. The ultimate success of this endeavor requires the proactive involvement of leadership and the entire community.
Four Strategic Initiatives
Develop and support faculty and staff effective recruitment, hiring, and thriving initiatives, driving the incorporation of an inclusive performance management process.
Work to strengthen the University鈥檚 commitment to its Jesuit and Catholic traditions to care for the whole person
Develop strong, mutually beneficial working relationships and initiatives with 涩里番下载 Community Engagement Groups, advancing and sustaining a sense of community of belonging.
Developing cultural competency in leadership to actively promote and sustain a welcoming and respectful work environment.
